Can you teach yourself how to play better golf by watching yourself in a mirror? Doing this is actually very (actually extremely) difficult. There are two problems: 1) It's difficult to freeze frame your swing and 2) What you THINK is correct COULD ACTUALLY be dead wrong. I'd say golf mirrors may be good instructional tools for a trained teaching professional to point out certain swing positions / swing flaws. ' Hear the whole review on this golf podcast. |
